I work out

Well, I try to work out. Sports and physical activity is something that is very important to me!  I've gotten more into running and working out and after lots of early morning workouts this past semester, I am finally getting used to it! I absolutely love the post-workout soreness and feeling of accomplishment!

I consistently worked-out with a group called November Project (google it) this past semester. This workout group made me feel so accountable to get out of bed and do an intense, awesome workout twice a week at 6:30 AM. I really miss having something that makes me feel accountable to workout! So, I decided to see if anyone in my program was interested in doing some group early morning workouts! About 20 people said they were interested. Then, when I said it would be between 7-9AM I think people got a little discouraged. I lead my first workout this morning at 9AM and had two enthusiastic participants (including myself...) It was a ton of fun and I'm glad I was able to get someone out of bed!

I honestly think that group workouts do wonders in terms of making people feel like they should work out-- it's such a cool concept! I said I'd lead another workout tomorrow at 7AM, I'll let ya know how many people show up for that one!

Big shout out to November Project-Madison, TG, and DG, you guys inspire me!

Sending Smiles from Sevilla,

Rebecca

Lunch: I tried something new...and did not like it. On the left you will see something that looks like meatballs. They are chicken balls. I like chicken but when I cut this open it did not look like chicken. Virginia then described it like a hamburger except made of chicken. I managed to get a whole one down, but did not enjoy it. I really don't like ground meet. The peppers and homemade french fries were excellent!

Dinner: Sautéed cold carrots, interesting...not bad but not amazing. and Pasta..love.
